The Forponto Mobile application represents an integral component of the MultiWeb Module within the Forponto system, designed specifically for mobile devices.

This application enables Forponto clients to connect seamlessly to their systems. It is essential that users of the application have access to a licensed server equipped with the MultiWeb module.

Intended for both employees and management users, Forponto Mobile offers access to timekeeping information, in accordance with the permissions defined for each user profile.

Key functionalities include:

• Registration of time entries that capture geographical location data and require a photo of the employee at the time of entry.
• Time entries are primarily stored in the database of the system. In the absence of connectivity, entries are logged locally and synced with the system once communication is restored.
• Users can view their time entries throughout the day, including any pending submissions to the server.
• The app allows users to review their time records, even if they were made through other timekeeping methods, such as data collectors.
• Access configuration to the server can be facilitated through QR codes.

The app supports access to the MultiWeb Module of the Forponto system, enabling both management and employee profiles to perform administrative tasks and inquiries related to timekeeping:

• Managers can adjust team members' time entries, approve requests or justifications, and inquire about managerial data such as overtime hours, hour banks, absenteeism rates, etc.
• Employees can access their own records to consult or request adjustments, submit justifications, and view information regarding overtime, partial or full absences, and hour banks.

Additionally, users receive alerts regarding pending tasks in handling attendance records. The application is compatible with smartphones and tablets and is available in both Portuguese and Spanish.

Notably, alternative methods for time registration beyond conventional data collectors are sanctioned by Ministry Ordinance 671/22. The app is compatible with version 17.1 or later of the Forponto system and requires a MultiWeb version equal to or greater than build 41.
